Electronics Buyer
Job Summary:
Purchase both high and low-dollar electronic components from approved sources, which will support production and ensure on-time delivery at acceptable levels of quality, price, and supplier support. Lead and facilitate the strategic source selection and approval process.
Responsibilities
- Identify, quote, and award bid packages based on Total Cost of Ownership.
- Work closely with vendors by conducting on-site production facility audits and quarterly performance reviews to support exceptional supplier management.
- Review quality metrics and take appropriate corrective actions with vendors.
- Keep current on industry-wide pricing trends, technological innovations, and overall market conditions through research and effective supplier interaction.

Job Summary:
This C++ software developer will develop graphical applications for the Windows and Linux operating systems. They will work to enhance existing applications that will include Hunter’s proprietary software. The developer will be responsible for taking new features and applications from concept to completion and will be responsible for maintaining their own code and for creating procedures for testing their code.

Data/Reporting Analyst
Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements for permanent and ad hoc reporting as well as creating the structures necessary for the queries/reports. This role is also responsible for extracting and analyzing large amounts of data using SQL queries from a data warehouse environment on a daily basis. They will also be identifying and reporting on trends and patterns found within the data and making recommendations for business and process improvement based on those findings. Hunter's Mechanical Design Engineers are responsible for the development of machines for use in the automotive service industry. Specifically, these positions will be responsible for taking machine design projects from conception through production release. Typical tasks include developing mechanical components and subsystems through the process of investigation, specification development, design, analysis and testing. Technical Assistant
Job Summary
Manage ongoing efforts that include mailings with follow-up, technical lists, marketing guides, subscription programs, information cataloging, and other special projects. Other responsibilities include writing/formatting and creating graphics for technical manuals with direction from engineers and product managers. Candidate will be a flexible resource for any technical communication projects.
Responsibilities
- 50% of responsibilities include special projects which require organization skills, following specific instructions, attention to detail, creativity and the ability to follow through. Candidate must be open to input and instruction from multiple sources.
- 50% of responsibilities are to develop and revise documents for public use, such as operations manuals. This includes writing from engineering notes, drawings and interviews, as well as gaining understanding by hands-on equipment operation.
- Prepare documents for internal and external use within established guidelines, in logical order, check for grammar, and technical correctness.
Education
Minimum of 2 year technical/communications degree or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills/Experience
Candidate must have technical background, strong basic computer skills, interest in hands-on learning.
