Durant, Mississippi
Manufacturing facilities in St. Louis, Missouri and Durant, Raymond and Union, Mississippi are responsible for the fabrication and assembly of Hunter's innovative line of undercar service equipment. Combined, Hunter manufacturing occupies more than 400,000 sq. ft. of industrial space and employs approximately 500 full-time staff. Independent quality assurance inspectors ensure that the most competitive global manufacturing standards are met.
Products begin life as premium quality raw materials in the Durant, Mississippi facility where Hunter will purchase more than 10 million pounds of steel this year for manufacturing. The company employs more than 55 welders at all three production facilities, but state-of-the-art robotic systems do the most highly repetitive and routine fabrications.
